What are the delivery times?

All products in our shop are delivered with a delivery time. for the Netherlands this will be 1 day, for This is the moment the product leaves our warehouse. We then transfer the order to PostNL. For Belgium, Luxemburg this can be 2 or 3 days. For other country’s approximately 5 days, check Post.NL. for delivery times.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to a different address. When ordering, you can indicate whether you want the product to be delivered to the billing address or another address.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to deliver your order to your address as quickly as possible. You can log in to your account to view the current status of your order. Additionally, we will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. The status may vary between “processing,” “pending,” “completed,” or “cancelled.”

Through PostNL, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order at the email address you provided. Please ensure that you accept or designate emails from us or PostNL as trustworthy. We also advise you to check your spam folder.

We ship our orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping for purchases starting at €60.- including VAT. For orders in the Netherlands below € 60.-, you will be charged € 7,50 shipping costs.

For deliveries to Belgium, Luxemburg and France, shipping is free of charge for purchases starting at €100.- including VAT. For deliveries below € 100.-, you will be charged € 13,- shipping costs.

When you order multiple products, we try to deliver them as much as possible in one delivery. When Pharma Hermetic delivers your order in several times, you will of course only pay for the shipping costs once.

Choose your preferred payment method.
You will then be redirected to your own Internet banking environment. Here you can approve the payment.
The amount will be charged to the account. Don’t forget to return to the Pharma Hermetic Benelux shop to complete the payment.
